Authors affiliated with Trent University will be eligible for unlimited open access publishing in over 350 Oxford hybrid journals with no article processing charges (APCs). This includes any titles that convert from Hybrid to Fully Gold OA within the term of the agreement (January 1, 2024 - December 31, 2026).
Authors affiliated with Trent University are eligible to receive a 10% discount on their APCs on most Oxford Gold Open Access journals.
Eligibility for the APC waivers in hybrid titles is effective upon acceptance of articles beginning on February 1, 2024. Authors will be notified of their eligibility upon acceptance of their article in an eligible journal and their declaration of their affiliation with Trent University.
Note: Articles that were accepted for publication between January 1 and 30, 2024 will be reviewed for retroactive conversion once the launch date of February 1 has passed.
