Association for Canadian StudiesThe Association for Canadian Studies (ACS) is an organization which initiates and supports activities in the areas of research, teaching, communications, and the training of students in the field of Canadian Studies, especially in interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary perspectives. Founded in 1973 at Queen's University, the Association for Canadian Studies is a non-profit organization with individual and institutional members. The Association is most active at the post-secondary level, but maintains ties with all sectors of education and collaborates with programs, centres, groups, institutes and organizations across Canada and internationally.
