MaDGIC Workshop: Landscape and Settlement Archaeology: Imagery

This guide reviews collections and services offered by Trent University Library's Maps, Data & Government Information Centre (MaDGIC). The guide has been produced in support of a workshop given to Anthropology 3659H: Landscape and Settlement Archaeology.

To Access Imagery

To access imagery, students must go through Trent University Library Maps, Data & Government Information Centre (MaDGIC)  or through Ontario Scholars GeoPortal.

License Conditions

Imagery is available to registered members of Trent Univeristy through our partnership with the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources,  and through the generous support of the Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities and the Ontario Ministry of Education. License conditions permit registered members of Trent University to use these data for their research, instructional or learning needs. Commercial use, transfer, donation, or exchange of imagery are expressly prohibited.

PLEASE NOTE: To aquire imagery or to obtain assistance in using imagery, please contact the Maps, Data & Government Information Centre (MaDGIC), Trent University Library. Imagery is not available to members of Trent University directly through the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources.
